Baked Zucchini Chips: Whitney's Review: Great recipe, though you definitely need to add some salt to the breadcrumbs. I'd say 1/4 tsp is good to start – you can always sprinkle on more as they bake! We made a sauce of 1:1 mayo/mustard for dipping. Next time I will try drawing the water out of the zucchini by salting it and drying it off before coating to get them crispier. Delish! 9/10
